Final submission FAQ
Great that you've decided to have a look at this page! Here you might find some hints that answer your questions even before they come to your mind! :)
- The 'camera-ready' version of your paper has to be submitted to the Conference submission system by March 26th, 2015.
- The deadline is 24h CET GMT+1 on 2015-03-26. Here in Münster it is 2016-03-17, 14:49:38 CET, GMT+0100.
- This version needs to contain all identifying information, including author(s) details, headers, and the references that may have been removed for the double-blind review process.
- Submission that have been accepted as-is do not need to provide a 'Response to Reviewer Comments' document.
- Submission that have been conditionally accepted need to provide a 'Response to Reviewer Comments' document. Please consider the reviewers' comments carefully, the track chairs WILL check, whether the conditionally accepted papers were reworked and improved.
- The page limit still counts (12 pages for Complete Research papers, 7 pages for Research in Progress or Prototype papers) BUT…
- … as the final version of your paper should start immediately after the keywords, you WIN roughly half a page. Therefore:
- Including the title page, your Complete Research paper may not exceed 13 pages.
- Including the title page, your Research in Progress paper or Prototype paper may not exceed 8 pages.
- References and Appendix(es) do NOT count.
- The 'title page' is the first page, which contains a paper's title, author information, abstract, and keywords.
- We will check the adherence to page limits (again); papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected. Sorry, but we are strict here.
- If you present your paper at ECIS, it will be published in the Conference proceedings. Presenting a paper without its further publication in the Conference proceedings is not possible.
- Papers that were not presented at the Conference will not be published.
- ... to be continued ...
