ECIS 2015 Registration
Cancellation and substitution policy
Request for refund or cancellation must be in writing via email or mail (info@ecis2015.eu - or see the left column at http://www.ecis2015.eu) and are subject to the following schedule:
- Received by April 1, 2015, full refund minus 35 euro administrative fee
- Received by May 5, 2015, full refund minus 50 euro administrative fee
- Cancellations received by the ECIS2015 administration office on May 17, 2013, or later will not be accepted and the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee
- There will be no refund for no-show
